CJMF 095a Alleycat Santa Pod

CJMF 063a Roy Phelps, Gloworm Ford Capri Featured January Print

CJMF 063a Roy Phelps, Gloworm Ford Capri

This Funny Car class 7 litre Capri called Gloworm, is actually built on a special chassis with a fibre glass body. It was developed with a terminal speed of c160mph and a standing quarter mile time of 9 seconds in mind. Believe it or not it incorporates parts from Reliant three wheeler (stub axles) and the also unlikely Austin/Morris 1100 (link arms)
